Charming house from the 1920s in lovely Böda on northern Öland. Walking distance to the amazing mile-long sandy beach (450 meters). Close to the coffee shop, pizzeria, store, etc. The space The house is 1.5 stories built in the 1920s. On the ground floor, there is a spacious country kitchen with a dining area, separate dining room, living room with TV, smaller bedroom with a bunk bed and toilet with shower. Upstairs, there is a large "family bedroom" with a double bed and a sofa bed with a pull-out extra bed. In a separate adjacent building there is a guest room with two bunk beds. Garden with glassed-in patio. Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, freezer, large fridge and Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine. Free Wi-Fi. There is access to barbecue, outdoor furniture, bicycles, bicycle cart, children's stroller as well as children's toys and board games. The guest brings their own towels and bedding (duvets and pillows are available) and cleans themselves. Guest access Guests have free access to all spaces except the garage and a locked room upstairs (unfurnished attic).
