Beach property with amazing sea view and a small private beach (only shared with our family), in the middle of the Stockholm Archipelago. Big family house, with a stunning sea view, on a beautiful private property with all modern conveniences available; fully equipped kitchen, bbq, TV, open fire, washing machine etc. A big new sundeck perfect for outdoor dining or just relaxing in sunbeds. Situated on the lovely island of Lådna, a nature reserve, perfect for fishing, hiking, sailing, boating, or just relaxing on the beach. Wifi availible. The spacious house, of 100 square meters, consists of a large living room and a new kitchen with generous social areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc. In the spacious living room you will find 2 fold-out bed-sofas with room for 4 persons. Bathroom with shower and WC (normal flushing toilet/water toilet). A lovely sun lounge facing the sea, perfect for afternoon coffee or watching the sunset (here is a fold-out daybed with 2 extra beds). Two big separate bedrooms; Bedroom 1: 1 dubble-bed 180cm & there is room for: 1 extra bed, baby-crib/baby-bed (all can be provided). Bedroom 2: 1 dubble-bed 180cm & 1 single bed 90cm there is room for: baby-crib/baby-bed (can be provided). Livingroom: 2 sofa-fold-out-beds with room for 2 persons in each (total of 4 beds). Sun Lounch (glasveranda): Room for 2 extra beds. The sea is right outside the house and facing south. The private beach is small and shared with our house, but very convenient to have right outside the house. The house is perfect for accommodation all year around. 5 minutes' walk from the house you will find a supermarket that provides most things you might need, it is open all year around. On the small island there is also one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the archipelago, perfect for children to play and for parents to relax, very quiet and peaceful, within walking distance. The public transportation, ferry boat (Waxholmsbolaget), (several times every day) takes you to the island of Lådna from Stockholm City Center and from Lådna you can go further out in the archipelago with the same boat. The jetty where the boat arrives is located within 15 minutes' walk from the house. Visit (URL HIDDEN) for timetable. No animals allowed in the house. No smoking. Bedding; sheets, duvets & towels can be rented for 150kr/person. All new and fresh, high quality. Perfect for family and friends! The island is a quiet and tranquil area and that’s the beauty of it. Therefor no parties are allowed in the house. And we show great respect for neighbors and nature. Age limit 25, (children are always welcome!) Guest access Private Property, Private House. Bedlinen & towels (big and small and beachtowel) are for rent: 150kr/pers (incl. all of this) In respect of neighbors we are quiet outdoors during nightime: 22.00-07:00
