The bedroom is in the rear, quiet, with its own bath, in an artist's house. There are some supplies stored in the room (covered by cloth), but the room is 31 ft. long, larger than average. Small fridge, microwave and coffee maker; also a rear private entrance and an outdoor private seating area. In a great residential neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants, parks, the historic district. On 2 bus lines, a 10 min. walk to Independence Hall, concert halls, movie theaters, waterfront. The space The room is large, with natural light, 6 windows, and there is a private patio outside rear separate entrance with tree in back. Breakfast table in room, and coffee maker, microwave, small refrigerator, and hair dryer provided. Guest access Front door entrance and front hallway is shared with hosts, and there is also a private rear entrance and outdoor sitting space under a tree. We live upstairs. During your stay I am usually on the premises and available to answer questions about the city, the neighborhood and sights to see in Philadelphia. Our cat may or may not be visible in the hallway. Other things to note Starbucks is literally across the street and Whole Foods is 1/2 block away! The PA Convention Center is a 20 minute walk. Independence Hall is a 10 minute walk. The Italian Market is 5 minutes away!
