Corner Barn - Sleeps up to 9

The gorgeous Corner Barn sleeps up to 9 people, with huge lounge and kitchen area. Perfect for large families or groups of friends. Located in the beautiful North Norfolk countryside with gorgeous walks right from the door. Cromer and Holt are both a 15 min drive, with the Norfolk Broads, Holkham and other Norfolk sights within driving distance. The space Corner Barn at Church Farm Barns is our most spacious barn. Corner can sleep up to 9 people ( 1 king-sized room down stairs and upstairs 1 double, 1 triple room plus 2 single beds tucked away on the mezzanine floor). The barn has a large, well equipped, kitchen that will make you feel like you are at home. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need during your stay including cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, sharp knives etc.. You will also find a fridge, oven and hob, washing machine and dishwasher as well as two fridge freezers. A spacious living room linking off of the kitchen provides enough space for everyone to relax in front of the log burning stove. You will find 2 large (4 seater) sofas and 2 arms chairs. There is also a TV and DVD player with a large selection of DVDs in the lounge. Bedrooms: The downstairs bedroom in Corner is our accessible bedroom. This room has a king-sized bed, with all linen and towels provided, an arm chair, large wardrobe and chest of draws.The large ensuite has a toilet, sink and large walk in shower area. We can provide a shower seat and toilet frame, just let us know that you require them before you arrive. Upstairs there is one double bedroom located in the eaves of the barn with gorgeous views across the fields. There is a solid wooden cot in this bedroom. This room also has an ensuite with shower, toilet and sink. There is also the triple room upstairs. This room is also in the eaves, and contains 3 comfy single beds. The ensuite for the triple room has a shower, toilet and sink. The mezzanine floor upstairs is where you will find the additional beds if there are 8 or 9 people in our group (or if you just want to spread out). The bed is tucked around the Corner so it is like having a room of your own. Complete with proper mattresses and memory foam toppers, these beds are super comfy. The mezzanine beds can either be set up as 1 or 2 single beds or as a king-sized bed. When not in use, the beds are turned into their "day bed" form, and this makes a lovely, quiet spot to read a book. If you require this bed please let us know before your stay. There is underfloor heating downstairs as well as a log burner, and upstairs there is central heating, so you will be nice and cosy! We have cots and high chairs available for you to use. Just let us know in advance if you need them. The barn does have Wi-Fi but please remember we are located in rural North Norfolk so it can be a little slow at times. We do allow dogs to stay (max 2 per barn) but please let us know if you are bringing a furry friend with you. We do not charge any extra for dogs, but we do have some doggy rules: - Please do not allow your dogs on the beds, getting fur out of white sheets is a nightmare! - We prefer that the dogs do not go on the sofas. However if they are used to doing so at home, please bring your own throws to help protect our furniture. Guest access Our rural location means you will be surrounded by the peace and quiet of the beautiful British Countryside. There is a courtyard which is shared with the other 2 barns, but you do have your own private section within it that is screend by pergolas and plants. You have your own seating area with a bench plus a large table and chairs. There is a large parking area for up to 8 cars (again, this is shared) so we ask that you keep the number of cars for Corner barn to a maximum of 3 or 4 so that there is enough room for everyone. BBQs and outdoor games are freely available to keep you entertained as well as outdoor furniture! The courtyard is fully enclosed with the lowest point being the 3ft gate at the entrance. The rest of the area is surrounded by full height brick walls. As the courtyard is shared with the other 2 holiday cottages we do ask that you keep your dogs on the lead if the other guests are outside, as not everyone likes dogs as much as we do!
