We rent out our wonderful 60 m2 apartment with 45 m2 private terrace and panorama views of the sea, 1 h 20 m from Málaga airport. The apartment was new in 2009 (renovated 2019) and is situated 3 km from the beach in an authentic Spanish village. The area is great for people that want beach, nature and cultural experiences away from the tourist crowds. Enjoy a stress-free village close to the sea while visiting beautiful Granada or Málaga, hiking in Sierra Nevada or exploring the Almería coast. The space After six years of experience renting out apartments in Málaga and Costa Granada we are proud to present our newest project. This beautiful 60 m2 apartment is located in the peaceful village of Haza del Trigo, 3 km from the beach. It has two bedrooms and a large tiled bathroom with shower and bathtub. The main bedroom has direct access to the terrace. Renovating the apartment in October 2019, we carefully picked furniture and design that are both practical and pleasant. The state-of-the-art kitchen is custom-made by a local company and has all the appliances and utensils that you need for a comfortable holiday. There is a dining area and a large sofa with Smart-TV in the living room. The sofa can be turned into a sofabed when necessary. Both bedrooms and the living room have wonderful sea views. The wifi is fast and reliable so the place is also suitable for working. On the quiet and sunny 45 m2 private terrace, you will enjoy a stunning, view of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountainside. The terrace is just outside the living room and has a dining area with a large parasol, two sunchairs and plants. Welcome to Costa Granada! Other things to note The apartment is on the 5th floor but street access is on the 4th floor. Guests will need to walk the stairs of one floor. Guests will have access to free wifi. The apartment has free parking in front of the building. We will of course provide a baby chair and a baby bed on request. We try our best to be flexible with the check-in and check-out times. If there are no departures from the flat on your arrival date we would be more than happy to accommodate you. Otherwise, our official check-in time is 15:00 and our check-out is at 12:00. When booking please inform us of your schedule so we can make arrangements to accommodate you. It's important for us that you feel safe renting a holiday home and that the local community benefits from tourism in a legal and sustainable way. That is why we have registered all our apartments in the new tourist rental registry in Andalucía (Registro de Turismo de Andalucía) and we wish this new regulation welcome.
