This is a lovely country cottage, set in the middle of farm country in Northern Illinois. This adorable bungalow sits on the grounds of the area's most elite Boarding Kennel, yet is set apart with a private yard. We are conveniently located on Route 72 about 10 minutes south of Rockford and Route 20, 2 minutes from Davis Junction and Stillman Valley, and 5 minutes from I 39 and Monroe Center. The space The split bedroom floor plan works well for families or 2 couples. The main bathroom has a tub shower combination, while the 1/2 bath doubles as a laundry room. The lower level once family room is now a private bedroom (curtain door) a formal living room and dining room complete the living area on the main level. The newly remodeled kitchen has plenty of cupboard space, and is well stocked with all you need to prepare your meals. There is plenty of yard for you and your pet to enjoy (not fenced) Guest access We ask that you potty dogs by the house, you are welcome anywhere except the North (back side of the property behind the green building) this is our dogs private area. There is a large pasture and small walking path you are welcome to use.
