In the heart of the Pays d'Auge, close to the historic towns of Pont-Audemer, Bec Hellouin, and Pont l'Évêque, you are about 30 minutes from Deauville and Honfleur. Between sea and nature, an authentic and preserved setting. The space The house can accommodate up to 5 people in a warm and authentic setting. On the ground floor: a kitchen where you can have lunch with your family, a living/dining room with a large fireplace for an evening by the fire, a shower room with a double sink, and a separate toilet. Upstairs (accessible by stairs): one large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a single bed, a shower room with a double sink, and a separate toilet. We also provide a baby cot and a high chair for your little ones. Guest access "La Jouannerie" is located in a 5000 m2 wooded and flowery park to share with the birds, our Labrador cross dog, Spencer, and our cat, Poppy. The garden is a true haven for relaxation, where you can enjoy several spots to recharge your batteries in the heart of nature, just as you wish: - An outdoor dining area equipped with a private brick barbecue, - A heated pool – open from June to September – perfect for unwinding on sunny days and relaxing on the deck chairs provided. Ideal place to slow down and savor every moment. The pool is shared only with the owners, in a spirit of discretion and respect for your peace and quiet. - A ping-pong table is available outdoors year-round, with paddles and balls provided for enjoyable social moments. Other things to note We are a 20-minute drive from Bernay train station with trains that take you in 1 hour 40 minutes to Saint-Lazare train station in the heart of Paris. 4G and 5G are present in the area.
