Villa La Liccia Misia, just 5 minutes from Santa Teresa di Gallura, is located in a secluded and reserved position within the village of La Liccia. It has a well-kept garden of 1000 square meters equipped with every comfort, within which there is an annex of about 50 square meters with a double bed, bathroom and kitchenette. The villa is completely fenced with local exposed stones, the interior is on a single floor of 150 square meters and comfortably divided. Suitable for groups, families with children, pets. The space The house is an old 19th-century stazzu, now renovated but left in its characteristic style: romantic and charming. We did not want to attack the cultural heritage of Gallura with the renovation. The ceiling beams throughout the entire house are load-bearing and made of precious juniper (now a protected plant), which the inhabitants of the time had covered with lime. In the renovation we discovered a real "treasure". The exposure is to the east and overlooks the Sardinian countryside: a true forest heritage on the lands of Gallura. Guest access The main entrance is located on the Santa Teresa/Castelsardo coast, about 5 km from the village. Access is in the small La Liccia Village, a few meters on the left an electric bar with remote control gives access to the private property with exclusive parking. The house with garden, annex, perimeter fenced is for the exclusive use of the guests of Villa La Liccia. No strangers can enter, but our guests can take advantage of the services offered by the village: bar, market, restaurant/pizzeria, and a passage that leads to the beach of Lu Pultiddolu. The pool is master but shared with the guests of the village. Access to the large swimming pool is for guests of the private villa from the property's garden. The garden is like a large terrace overlooking the pool below, safeguarding the privacy of the villa's guests. Other things to note The Piccolo Villaggio LA LICCIA opens on May 30 and closes on September 31. Outside of these dates, the pool, bar, restaurant, and mini-market services will be out of service.
