Welcome to a bright and cozy cottage in a secluded location with private access to the sea – perfect for those who want to disconnect from everyday life and enjoy the tranquility. Here you live in the heart of nature, but with a comfortable distance to services and activities. The cottage is our private accommodation during parts of the year, which means that some personal belongings remain – something that contributes to a warm and cozy feeling rather than an impersonal vacation home. Walking distance to bus stop, grocery store, guest harbor and restaurant. During the summer months, there are also cafés, ice cream parlors and kayak rentals nearby – perfect for both adventure and relaxation. The veranda (about 3.5 x 7 meters) offers a lovely space for morning coffee, meals or evening sun. There is a seating area with cushions and four sun loungers. Please note that there is no direct door out to the porch from the cottage – you can easily walk out through the front door and around the house to get there. Swimming opportunities: You have private access to the sea below the house, but note that it can be a bit difficult for some to get into the water – the bottom is rocky and there is some vegetation at the shore. For easier swimming, we recommend one of the nice, public sandy beaches in Gräddö, just a few minutes away by car. There is also a restaurant and café. Whether you want to swim, paddle at sunset or just read a book with the sea as a backdrop, this is the place for you. Other things to note Some water accumulation occurs in the shower space with longer showers. It's nothing to worry about.
