A cozy terrace apartment on the ground floor awaits you. The house with its four apartments is located in a natural, small complex in Waase auf Ummanz, surrounded by the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park. LIVING: In the 70 m² apartment, there is space for 4 persons, which are comfortably accommodated in 2 bedrooms. The decor is cozy, bright and friendly, with light oak furniture and lots of white. The completely renovated bathroom offers modern amenities, including a spacious walk-in and rain shower (180 × 90 cm). In the living and dining area there is space to start the day together with an extensive breakfast and end it on the cozy sofas in the evening - unless you prefer to sit on the terrace in the beach chair and enjoy the last rays of the day! MEDIA: SMART TV in the living room (Samsung QLED 50 inches) with the usual pre-installed apps including Netflix, SATELLITE TV, DVD players. Private internet connection up to 50 Mbit/s. SLEEP: The large box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) with its three-part structure (base, H2 mattress, H3 topper) and the continuous mattress without a "visitor's crack" ensures what will hopefully be a good night's sleep. In the second bedroom there are two single beds (80x200 cm each), also with box spring suspension and mattresses (H3), which can also be simply pushed together. DUVETS: Four-season inlays offer three different heat levels. Depending on your needs, the inlays can be used separately or buttoned together. BBQ is allowed, but please bring your own barbecue. QUALITY OF LIVING: - Exterior roller shutters on all windows provide darkness and privacy - Insect repellent on all windows ensures pest ghosts stay outside - Our apartment is pet- and smoke-free. - Our bedding does not contain any animal components such as feathers, wool or horsehair. - The floors are made of high-quality vinyl or, in the bathroom, of tiles, without permanently laid carpets. - The tap water can be drunk without hesitation. If you are looking for the lively life of the Baltic Sea resorts, you can go there by car. If you want to enjoy peace, space and relaxation again after an eventful day, our location will particularly appreciate our location. Guest access Car: There is a designated parking space for the apartment on the premises. From there, the walk continues through the gardens to the apartment. BICYCLES can be parked and locked in the covered communal bicycle parking area. They can also be taken to your own terrace. The paths and lawns between the houses as well as the ping pong table in front of the parking lot are common property and can be used by all. The beach chair has extra-large lawn wheels, so you can also pull it around the corner of the house from the terrace. You can also move your bench or a garden chair, for example, to enjoy the morning sun. Other things to note In the STORAGE ROOM, you will find children's accessories, a hot water bottle, a clothes rack, an iron, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and a broom. You can find the cushions for the garden chairs in the cushion box on the terrace. There you can also store the protective cover for the beach chair and the sun umbrella, protected from the weather. The apartment does NOT have a WASHING MACHINE. A CHARGING STATION for electric cars is 500 meters away (parking at the tourist information office). The introduction of a tourist tax has been announced for 2027: €1.50 per person per night for all guests over the age of 18.
