A cozy terrace apartment awaits you on the ground floor of a small, natural residential complex in Waase on Ummanz, surrounded by the Western Pomeranian Lagoon Area National Park. LIVING: The 70 m² apartment can accommodate 4 people, who can comfortably stay in 2 bedrooms. The light oak furniture in combination with lots of white and the bathroom, which was completely renovated in 2024 with its modern furnishings including a spacious walk-in and rain shower (180 cm x 90 cm), appear cozy, bright and friendly. In the living and dining area there is space to start the day together with an extensive breakfast and to end it in the evening on the cozy sofas - unless you prefer to sit on the terrace in the beach chair and enjoy the last rays of the day! MEDIA: SMART TV in the living room (Samsung QLED 50 inch) with the usual pre-installed apps, among others. Netflix, satellite TV, DVD player. Own fiber optic connection up to 50 Mbit/s in the apartment, connection via Wi-Fi. SLEEPING: The large box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) with its three-piece structure (under-suspension, mattress H2, topper H3) and the continuous mattress without a "visitor's crack" ensures a hopefully dreamy sleep. The second bedroom has two single beds (80 x 200 cm each), also with box spring suspension and mattresses (H3), which can also be easily pushed together to form a bed. PILLOWS: We provide different firm/soft pillows. Please ask us if you can't find the right quality for you! DUVETS: Four-season inlays offer three different degrees of warmth. Depending on the requirements, the inlays can be used separately or buttoned together. GRILLING is allowed, but please organize the grill yourself. We cannot afford the extra cleaning work to make the grill look appetizing again for each guest. QUALITY OF LIVING: - Roller shutters on all windows provide sufficient darkness and privacy - There are no animals and no cigarette smoke in our apartment. - Our bedding is without animal components, i.e. without horsehair, feathers, wool or the like. - The floors are made of high-quality vinyl or in the bathroom of tiles, without firmly laid carpets. In March, September and October it is CRANE TIME, and you are very close. Observe the majestic birds nearby in the morning and evening. The Tankow observation station invites you to do so (all free of charge, parking directly on site). A simple pair of binoculars is ready for you in the apartment. Guest access CAR: There is a fixed parking space for each apartment on the premises. From there, continue on the footpath through the gardens to the apartment. BICYCLES can be connected to the covered communal bicycle parking space. If you want to play it safe, take it to the terrace. It's easy to walk along the wide lawn by the house. The paths and lawns between the houses as well as the ping pong table in front of the parking lot are common property and can be used by all. The beach chair has extra large lawn wheels, so you can pull it around the corner from the terrace. Likewise, your bench or a garden chair (e.g. to enjoy the morning sun). Other things to note The municipality of Ummanz plans a SPA TAX from 01/15/2026 of €1.50 per person per night. Exempt will be: - People under 19 years of age - Family members of residents As long as the spa tax has not yet been approved, we lack further information on the exact start and end (as of 01/07/2026). In the STORAGE ROOM you will find cushions for the garden chairs, parasol, children's accessories, hot water bottle, drying rack, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, broom, etc. A CHARGING STATION for electric cars is 500 meters away (parking at the tourist information office). The apartment doesn't have a mailbox. Please consider this if you want to have something sent to you.
