Veteran Owned and Managed Bear Mountain Retreat is a stunning 6-bedroom, 6 ½-bathroom mountain lodge with space for 25 people and an impressive list of amenities. Each area in this 4,440 sq. ft. cabin has been exquisitely designed, from the beautiful exterior and great indoor pool room(20'x12') to the well-designed kitchen and theatre room that fits 12 people. Bear Mountain Retreat has one of the best views in the Smoky Mountains Ridge Resort. No detail has been overlooked! The fully equipped kitchen features double appliances with all the needed place settings, cookware, and cutlery to cook up a feast. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with a large screen smart TV and DVD/blue ray player. There are also dining tables inside and outside the cabin. Each bedroom has comfortable beds with luxury bedding and flatscreen smart TVs. The cabin also features a relaxing hot tub, an amazing private indoor pool, a game room with multiple arcade games and a big screen smart TV, a theater room, and air hockey. The game room also features 4 arcade machines and a new state-of-the-art Virtual Pinball Machine. On top of everything else you’ll find inside Bear Mountain Retreat, this Pigeon Forge cabin is less than 6.5 miles from downtown Pigeon Forge. Within a short drive, you’ll be in the heart of it all, with access to dozens of restaurants, fun attractions, outdoor adventures, dinner shows, outlet stores, local boutiques, cafes, candy stores, and more. When you’re done exploring, you can head back to your private lodge for relaxing nights lounging on the porch, grilling, and enjoying tree-studded views. While paved and accessible, 4WD or AWD vehicles and/or chains are recommended during winter when snow/ice is present. ► The Indoor Pool is heated but in the winter water temps stays close to 75 degrees and in the summer it gets around 85 degrees. ► This property does not have a daily cleaning service like hotels. You'll be provided with towels, linens, and a STARTER set of select products (trash bag, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper). Soap, Shampoo, and Conditioner will be provided. ► While we have a regular pest control program, the cabin is in a wooded area that is still largely wilderness. As such, it is possible to get 4-6-8 legged or winged visitors both outside and inside. This cannot be 100% prevented. When staying at the cabin, never leave food items in the vehicles, never leave food, food leftovers, or trash outside. Any trash should be bagged and locked in bear-resistant containers. ► No refunds will be given for weather/power/internet outages, fear of driving on mountain roads, change of plans, life events. Consider appropriate travel insurance. ► This property is advertised on multiple online listing and booking platforms, each of which outlines different and policies, terms, and conditions. For consistency, the policies, terms, and conditions listed in the Rental Agreement shall prevail and supersede any and all other policies, terms, and conditions described on the listing and booking site that you originally inquired and/or booked this property. ► NO SMOKING ► There is no Cable. All TVs are smart TVs. ► A $300 Damage deposit is required. ► MUST be 25 or older to book, sign Rental Agreement within 48 hrs of booking.
