Description

Villa AdiArt is located in Bilyanska village, Gorna Arda near the border with Greece. The village is located 36 km south of Smolyan in the most pristine part of the Rhodopes. The picturesque area is in the upper reaches of river Arda and is 1200 meters above sea level. The holiday villa has two spacious rooms for guests, each with its own bathroom, kitchenette and large terrace with magnificent mountain views. The unique interior of the house is created by the bulgarian artist Andriana Marinova, each detail and piece of furniture are made by the author. The cozy atmosphere in the house and the peaceful environment are prerequisites for great solitude amidst the beauty of nature. The region has great tourism potential for the development of almost all types of tourism: hiking, biking, horse riding, hunting, mountaineering, skiing, caving, folklore, pilgrimage, Eco and art tourism. Walking distance: 1 hour walk away from Villa AdiArt is the border with Greece, the road passes the dam in Gorna Arda village and the two barbecues Geranitsa and Uzunov kamak. 1 hour and 30 min walk from the villa is the spring of river Arda, and the road passes by Dyadova ryaka barbecue. Gorna Arda is part of the Trans Rhodope Eco route: Hvoina village, Bulgaria - Stavroupoli, Greece. The tourist route is over 100 km long and connects the natural attractions on both sides of the border with Greece. In Greece, the Eco route comprises Drama - Paranesty region. There you can see the highest Rhodope Livadidis waterfalls, St. Varvara and Lepidas. By car By car, from Bilyanska can be visited the Ethnographic Museum Agushev Konak - Mogilitsa village; Uhlovitsa cave; water cave Golubovitsa; Barbecue in the fishing base in Smilian; hiking trails Byala reka – Troshachkata and Troshachkata – Kaleto; Smolyan.
