Family home in Normandy

We rent our house that sleeps 4 adults with 2 children and 1 baby (kit available). Ideally located 15 minutes from Caen, 20 minutes from the sea (Cabourg, Ouistreham...), 35 minutes from Deauville, 15 minutes from the Memorial. This house will appeal to children with its playground (swing, trampoline, slide). It will also satisfy adults who can relax on a 100 m2 terrace with SPA, deckchairs, barbecue, plancha, brazier... We look forward to hosting you! The space House with 4 bedrooms: - 1 bedroom on the ground floor with sofa bed and bathroom - bedrooms upstairs including 2 bedrooms for children and 1 for adults - bathroom upstairs - large landing with library, board games, exercise bike and elliptical bike - baby kit available: baby bed, highchair, changing table, baby monitor - large garden with children's playground and possibility of petanque court - large terrace with deckchairs, spa, garden furniture, brazier corner, barbecue and plancha - the garages and the upstairs dressing room will be closed to store our mess ;)
