In the basement you can find the laundry room, with washer and dryer, and a large private garage with direct access to the apartment. Externally you can find a large porch overlooking the private garden and 4 deck chairs. An alley will take you to the swimming pool area where you will find a fresh water and a salt water pool according to your tastes.
