Studio at an authentic farm with splendid views

The studio is located in a quite place, but close to the town center. The place is next to a biking & walking path and close to interesting historical places such as Ypres and Passendale, but also only 40 minutes away from Brugge or the sea side. You will enjoy the house because of the full privacy. The farm is 100 years old & has been restored with respect of all authentic elements, still offering all modern comfort such as a water bed, wifi, digital tv, wooden floors, ... The space The studio is located in the old barn of the farm who was completely renovated in 2016 as guest stay, with all modern comfort and even more. The roof is 100 years old and still intact. There are more than over 20 swallow nests at the farm, creating a unique spectacle. Guest access You have access to your own studio, but also to a common space with bar, pool table, big tv screen and a huge dining table. Furthermore there is a separate space with washing and drying machine. You can select your own fresh eggs and vegetables in the summer season. Other things to note We have many animals outside: Scottish Highlanders, Kerrie Hill sheep, dog, cat, chickens, gooses, ...
