This beautiful and unique treehouse will provide you a great getaway, whether you're visiting friends or family or headed to the National parks. Kings Canyon: hour to entrance gate Sequoia: hour and a half to Giant Sequoia Trees Due to safety reasons we do not allow children of any ages at the treehouse. Modern, unique space. Requires climbing stairs with your belongings, but they are easy, normal stairs. The treehouse includes plumbing, heating, cooling, full bathroom and shower, and an amazing view of the sierra mountains. There is a kitchenette (no stove, although you're welcome to use the outdoor BBQ with burners). The shower has big windows however it’s high in the tree and private. There is also an additional hot/cold outdoor shower by the pool in the backyard. We only rent to maximum two adults, no exception. We live in the main house and are on the property from time to time. We also have another Airbnb listing so you might be sharing the yard and pool with other guests (or us). PLEASE NOTE: As we live in the country there is sometimes dust in the treehouse. We do professional cleaning, but sometimes it's inevitable. Wide open space for relaxing, walking around the agriculture fields, taking a bike ride to the park and a 10 minute drive to Downtown Visalia. The house is about 10 minutes drive to downtown but easy access to freeway to 198/99/5 freeways or up to the Parks or Three Rivers. Due to safety reasons we do not allow children of any ages at the treehouse. - We do not allow events or parties so please do not send an inquiry. - You are welcome to use the barbecue or the burners at the barbecue. Turn on the propane under the barbecue. Please remember to turn it off when you’re done and please clean up. Keep your hands and feet away from the burners when igniting! - Sometimes the Wifi is a little spotty although it works most of the time. - We live in the country. Enjoy the gardens. Just behind the bushes back behind the property is 300 acres of almonds. Walking around the agriculture makes for an easy 2.7 mile circle. - All the animals you may see are wild except the neighbor’s dogs. The dogs are friendly and will leave if you say “Go home!” The cats are wild, and you may see opossums, red-tailed hawks, owls, and a red fox. - Because of the location/landscape, sometimes bugs are in the listing but we work hard to make sure they're not inside the house. Apologies if one finds it's way to you. - Sometimes dust also finds itself into the treehouse, although we clean before every stay. We live in the country, so sometimes it's unavoidable. - The pool is covered between October and end of April.
