Villa The ONE is located on a 10-hectare property in a protected area protected area of cork oak forest and with a lot of privacy. Outside, there is a swimming pool, 2 terraces, one specially designed for meals, measuring 60 m2, and another 35 m2 with a pool view. The Villa has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 en-suites on the upper floor (the en-suites are only accessible from the outside). All bedrooms and suites have a bathroom and there is an outside bathroom. The suites can accommodate up to 4 guests. The space The only real neighbors are the owners, who live on a property to the south, but without a direct view between them. All other surrounding properties have no neighbors, making privacy and silence unique! Guest access Access to the property is directly via national highway 120. After entering the gate, it is a 300-meter private road to reach the Villa. Other things to note Because we are located in a forest area, interaction with animals, birds and insects can occur. In the case of animals, we highlight the possibility of seeing wild boars, foxes, hares, rabbits, lizards and very rarely snakes (small, gray and non-poisonous), but rarely near the Villa. Although they do not come close to the house, it is not uncommon to hear and see them in their natural habitat. As for birds, the presence of owls, partridges, sparrows, owls and eagles is common. As it is a property where hunting is not allowed, in recent years it has become a refuge for these species. The insects present vary according to the seasons, but spiders, ants, bees and beetles are the most common. Mosquitoes and midges are very rare.
