Centrally located 5 bedroom home with incredible views of Tromøya and Hisøya. 600 meters walk down to Arendal center. Quiet and well kept neighborhood. Trampoline for the kids. Warm and sunny location with sun from early morning until evening. Large terrace with outside eating areas. Pleasant neighborhood with a playground, enclosed football field and climbing apparatus. The closest grocery store is within walking range. We wish you welcome! The space Lots of windows and space. With 5 bedrooms you can comfortably sleep 10 people. 4 of the bedrooms have double beds, with one room offering a "bunkbed" like solution. Kid-friendly with games and trampoline and lots of space to move around. Guest access Parking is available for 2-3 cars. Grocery stores at the entrance to the neighborhood. Other things to note We will not be able to access the house in between listings, so it is necessary that the house be cleaned and left ready for the next renters to arrive. Bedsheets/towels should be brought by guests or these can be rented for 300,- per person per stay. It is possible to book for 7 nights from Sunday-Sunday, or for 6 nights from Monday-Sunday. There is an apartment attached to the side of the house, it is difficult to see and not noticeable, but the driveway is used as access by the people living in the apartment.
