This roomly house with private beach and boat is located on a forest walk of about 1300 meters away from the lake Östra Lägern with its clear water and many islands. Here you have a private beach. Spacious house, large private garden, swing, sandpit, kid playhouse, soccer field. Free WIFI. Washing machine. Fishing card with owner. Possibility of lobster fishing in August. High season: weekly rental with change on Saturday. Other times short rental with arrival in consultation. The space This roomly holidayhouse has a little private beach and boat, on a forestwalk of about 1100 meters from the lake Östra Lägern. The läke is known by its clear water and many islands . Here you 'll always find a small island for yourself ! The lake offers good fishing and wonderful bathing experience . The holidayhouse is renovated and is located on a farmyard, the farm is out of function, but in the surrounding meadows graze the cows. In the garden you sit undisturbed for your bbq , for children there is a sandbox, outdoortoys, swings and playhouse, soccer field . With the house belongs a a small sandy beach with bbq-area . The rowing boat can be used inagreement with the landlord. This beach is also accessible by car, approx 1200 meters . In August there is possibility for lobster fishing. The house is furnished for 4-6 people, there is one extra bed ( 185x80 cm; child ) and a childcot. Rydsnäs (3 km) offers a small grocery store, lunchrestaurang and a child safe bathingplace with sandy beach. In Österbymo you find several shops and restaurants, tourist Information in the communal office.   The house of 110 m2 on the ground floor: - Roomly fully equipped kitchen with stove with oven , fridge , freezer, dishwasher , coffee maker. Dining area for 6 persons .
