The kitchen is fully fitted with Corian worktops, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and a Krushr recycling compactor. A cold filtered water and hot steaming tap ensures you can make that quick “cuppa” without waiting for the kettle to boil. The kitchen is well equipped with white fine china and cooking utensils. Ironing board and iron available for use. The dining area has table and chairs to seat 4 although two additional chairs in the hall could easily be used to accommodate dining seating for up to 6. Parking can usually be found just outside the front door on Burghley Lane or at the side of the property on Park Lane. Other things to note Burghley Park is adjacent to the property and there are lovely walks through the park itself so don't forget to bring your walking shoes.
