No parties or loud outdoor music are allowed per La Quinta Short Term Rental regulations and we must abide by the local rules to avoid monetary penalties. To heat the pool there is an additional charge, spa heating is included in the rate. Our Spanish Desert Hacienda offers a home that is bright with lots of natural sun light, high ceilings with open floor plan. Master suite offers a walk-in closet, and private access to pool and backyard. Both bathrooms offer double sink counters and showers tiled in custom talavera tile, with Saltillo tiled floors throughout living and kitchen areas. Newly purchased washer and dryer inside home and kitchen appliances. Premium cable (including HBO and Showtime) is accessible on all newly purchased Smart TVs throughout the home, including the 49” flat screens in the living room and master bedroom, and the 40” flat screen TV in other bedroom. Free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the home. Outdoors enjoy your personal salt water pool and hot tub with complete privacy, alfresco dining and grill.
