Balcony with small table and barbecue. The space can also be used as a garage. The entire property is grassy around the house, and we are in the process of afforesting the area. In the space, there are other cottages and a house across the road. We are located in a small village called Campo Alegre, about 8 km from Visconde de Mauá, with a small stretch of dirt road (about 300 m), away from the turbulent life of the city, but close to small local businesses. Close to waterfalls and a beautiful view of Pedra Selada. Around the chalet, you can find some animals such as dogs, cats, calves, cows and chickens. Pets are welcome, just communicate in advance. We do not charge an extra fee for 1 pet up to medium size. Pets are not allowed to bathe in the bathtub. Because it is a rural area, internet or energy fluctuations may occur. There is no signal from any carrier at the site, as is the case in much of the region. Guest access To get to the property, the route is almost entirely asphalt, with only a small stretch of about 300 meters of dirt road. Most of the waterfalls and trails are in unpaved regions, where it is possible to reach by car or motorcycle. In the region, there are options for buggy, jeep, quadricycle and horseback riding. Other things to note a) Because it is a Property with rural characteristics, there is the presence of domestic (dogs and cats) and livestock (cattle and poultry); b) Likewise, because a good part of the Atlantic Forest is preserved, native animals are occasionally seen; however, contact is not allowed or advisable, approach is at the risk of the adult and capable person; c) Contact with farm animals is prohibited without the supervision of a qualified person, especially in the area (pasture) intended for them; being aware that some of the animals are not docile – requiring special, technical, and professional skills for contact with them; d) Full-time supervision of children, special people, and pets owned by guests is mandatory; by the responsible adult and full-time, not being allowed, especially access to the waterfall and the area intended for the breeding and treatment of animals without guardianship or, when necessary, the presence of a professional; e) The use of waterfalls inside the property is free; however, it is prohibited when weather conditions are not favorable (rain, imminent rain, or rain in the vicinity of the spring). Therefore, the professional must be consulted to ensure the climatic conditions; f) Guests are also aware that, due to the peculiarities of the Property (animals, nature, size, rural vocation, etc.), general caution must be taken to carry out any activities, always observing, listening, and acting in an attentive and safe manner. g) We do not provide bed and bath linens, we do provide pillows. h) In the region there is no cell signal, only Wi-Fi.
