Top floor beachfront condo just steps from the ocean!! You’ll love my place because it will not feel like a rental, has the best location on the Island, breathtaking panoramic views, remodeled kitchen, grill, 2 pools ( 1 heated in the winter), 2 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, washer and dryer, dishwasher, 3 LCD TV's, upgraded premium Broadband internet and Wi-Fi throughout, gated parking lot and elevator. The views from the top floor are out of this world! The space I make sure everything you need is there for you and add extra touches, such as bikes to use and 400 thread count sheets. Also, I am very particular about this condo being in perfect condition. The Sea Vista condominiums itself are unique in that they are the closest condos to the beach. Our condo is in building 1, which is the condo that is next to la Isla Blanca park and has been remodeled. Since we are the last condo on one of the ends of the Island there are no other condos to the south of us and you are able to see from the ocean to the bay from our top floor condo. Also, this side of the island is very easy to access since we are just to the right of the bridge. Traffic can get very congested during peak island times on the other side of the Island but not for us!.. Guest access Pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, bicycles, board games, movies, books, beach umbrellas and chairs, beach toys, beach cooler, beach towels, grill, million dollar ocean views, discount Schlitterbahn tickets at managers office. *** One person in group must be at least 25 years of age to rent per homeowner's association rules... Other things to note I have added everything that I would personally use when I spend time on the Island. Such as a grill, Keurig coffee maker, crock pot, blender, waffle iron, coffee and tea, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, body lotion,hair dryers, bath towels and tons of beach towels, beach umbrellas and chairs, cooler, boogie boards, beach toys, comfortable outdoor furniture movies, books, etc... Basically just bring your swim suit! Everything in our condo is available to you for your use.
