Ground floor: Kitchen and living room Upstairs: Bedroom and bathroom Super King bed A generous rear patio provides an excellent outdoor space, furnished with a dining table and chairs, along with additional seating and a coffee table - ideal for relaxed meals and outdoor evenings. The cottage is a traditional natural stone building with oak windows and doors and a Welsh slate roof. To the front, there is a grassed area and private parking. Guest access - Level parking is available with step-free access to the front of the property. - There is a small step over a slate cill at the front door. - Access through the rear door and onto the patio also includes a small step. - The ground floor is level throughout. - The staircase leading to the bedroom and bathroom is narrow (approximately 650 mm wide). - The bathroom includes a low-threshold shower tray. - Non-allergenic bedding is provided. - All televisions are equipped with subtitle options.
