To best prepare for your stay, please read the full listing and the house rules (including the rental agreement) before booking. 3 km from the Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne, you will enjoy a quiet area, with all shops and restaurants nearby, and a garden with no one opposite with heated pool. The villa has: • a heated spa (optional) • a private swimming pool heated to 28°C (extra charge), secured by a roller shutter The space LIVING SPACES The dining room, bathed in light, includes a large extendable table that can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people. The cathedral lounge offers a beautiful relaxation area with three white leather sofas, a giant 65'' screen with home theater, 3D Blu-ray player (glasses provided), a Wii U console, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen has high-end appliances, all the necessary dishes for large groups, two refrigerators and a large capacity dishwasher. ROOMS & CAPACITY The rooms are designed for 2 people (or 3 people when extra beds are needed for large groups). If you want more single rooms (1 person per room), the price is adjusted accordingly (e.g. 2 single rooms = 3 people price, 3 rooms = 5 people price, etc.). Access to toilets depending on the size of the group: • up to 4 people: 1 bathroom + 1 toilet • 5 to 15 people: 2 bathrooms + 2 toilets • from 16 people: 3 bathrooms + 3 toilets Regulations limit the main villa to 15 beds (6 bedrooms). For larger groups, up to 2 additional bedrooms can be made available in the adjoining accommodation "Estrella", accessible directly by an interior connecting corridor (without external exit). This allows you to accommodate your group comfortably while respecting safety standards. Booking is possible for up to 16 people via Airbnb. Beyond that, a surcharge of €15/night/person applies (+ tourist tax). Bedding is provided. Double beds can be configured as single beds upon request before your arrival (stay preparation form). 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are available. EXTERIORS & EQUIPMENT A laundry room is available with washer and dryer. Outside, you will enjoy a 700 m² wooded garden, ideal for moments with family or friends: large terrace with table for 20 people, deckchairs around the pool, Weber barbecue, hot outdoor shower, ping-pong table and various garden and pool games. The villa is located in a quiet area with easy private parking, just 2.8 km from the center of Les Sables-d'Olonne and the large beach (10 minutes by bike), and 150 m from shops (bakery, restaurants, Leclerc, etc.).
