Independent T3, air conditioning, freezer, washing machine, large garden... 5 km from Aléria (shops) and 7 km from the beaches, on an 8-hectare estate on the edge of Lake Teppe Rosse (70 hectares), surrounded by nature, absolute calm. Access to the lake is via a small trail, the cottages are not in the immediate vicinity of the lake. At your disposal, Ping-Pong, Badminton, petanque and hammocks under the trees. The space Two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 140 cm and another (cabin bedroom) with two bunk beds. Dining room with 2-seater sofa, LCD TV, kitchenette with ceramic hobs, table top refrigerator, small freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle... Bathroom, shower with glass door, toilet, hairdryer. Personal washing machine in an outside room, cleaning products, iron and ironing board. Private outdoor area with garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers and individual barbecue. In addition you have access to the common areas of the garden with hammocks, Ping-Pong, Badminton, petanque court. Provided free of charge: Wifi Internet in the gîte, tablecloth, tea towels, bath mats, heating, parking. Optional with extra charge: rental of sheets (€15/bed) and towels (€5/person), end-of-stay cleaning (€50). You will also find in the cottage a binder with all the information (beaches, rivers, walks, visits...) and I will be happy, if you wish, to provide you with additional information. The cottages are located on an 8-hectare estate, surrounded by nature, on the edge of Lake Teppe Rosse (70 hectares, see "The property and the lakes"). You can fully enjoy the surrounding nature to recharge your batteries. Access is via a private paved road. Access to the lake is via a small path, the cottages are not in the immediate vicinity of the lake, no risk for children. You can take walks, fish or observe birds (herons, mallards, egrets...). The house is located on a plateau bordered by eucalyptus where herons come to nest. Each accommodation has a private outdoor space, you also have access to the common areas of the garden where there are spaces to meet in a friendly atmosphere, stroll or read comfortably installed on hammocks in the shade of the Eucalyptus or for a game of Badminton (net and rackets), pétanque (bowling court) or Ping-Pong (table and rackets). The best program for your vacation: In each of our cottages, you will find a binder in which we have grouped the best addresses, day hikes or walks of a few hours, secret rivers, mythical beaches but also other wild and confidential, excursions, historical sites, sports activities... I will be happy, if you wish, to provide you with additional information according to your desires in order to develop with you the program of your stay in our region. For your quiet vacation: A lazy attitude at home to listen to the birds sing in one of the hammocks in the shade of a white oak. Enjoy a walk or a fishing game by the lake. In the evening, enjoy your aperitif as you watch the sun set over the mountains behind the eucalyptus trees. For your active holidays: Swimming at the beach or in the river, mountain getaway, discovering the extraordinary variety of landscapes that Corsica offers.
