The space Within 150-200 metres, you'll find: cableway station to go to Hohsaas (3100 metres above sea level, skiing and hiking area), artificial and natural ice rink, cross country track (25 km long), curling, tennis courts, well-maintained mountain bike trails, bus stop for Saas-Fee and Saas Almagell, Vita-Parcours, swimming-pool and stores. This 3 room loft flat has a south balcony, 1 comfortable kitchen-cum-living-room, a corner unit with comfortable chairs, 2 double bedroom, telephone, SAT-TV, radio/CD-player, VSH, hair dryer, shower/WC.
