The space "Canto del Fiume" is the name of our property, created thanks to a meticulous renovation in Tuscan style, rustic and cozy, of an ancient complex in the historic center of the town of Raggiolo of medieval origin and consists of three independent apartments, arranged on two ancient stone houses: Casa "Paolina" is arranged on a single floor, there are only three steps that divide the dining area from the rest of the house and all rooms are equipped with large windows with mosquito nets. The kitchen with dining area and fireplace is equipped with high-quality dishes, a refrigerator, an oven, a gas stove, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, an espresso machine and an American coffee machine. On the first floor, which is accessed via a comfortable wooden staircase, there is another double bedroom, a bathroom and an attic used as a dressing room. Casa "Purgatorio" is arranged on one floor, it consists of a large open kitchen with dining and living area, a beautiful and ancient fireplace, double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen is complete with high-quality dishes, a refrigerator, an oven, an induction cooktop, a kettle dishwasher, a toaster, an espresso machine, and an American coffee machine. From the large windows you can admire the valley below that in every season will give you new colors and enjoy the fresh breeze coming from the nearby mountains. In front of the entrance of each accommodation there is a small square with a table and umbrella for exclusive use where you can have breakfast in the cool of the morning or a dinner under the stars. Small-medium sized pets are of course allowed, with a small supplement. The area offers the possibility of many excursions, food and wine tastings and visits to the typical nearby villages. Our Holiday Home offers its guests private and comfortable apartments to meet every need. Guest access In addition to the private space in front of each accommodation, guests can enjoy various services and common areas, such as the large terraced garden, typical of the area in which to relax, the salt-sanitized swimming pool, the area with a hot tub covered by a wooden gazebo, the ping pong area and the pergola that can accommodate at least sixteen people at the table, where a barbecue is available. All outdoor facilities are available for guests. Other things to note The historic center is entirely pedestrian, so cars are parked in the free municipal parking lot at the gates of the village, about 250 meters away, leaving a lot of tranquility inside the village. We recommend the use of luggage trolleys. In case of need, we will be happy to help our guests with a small motor vehicle to transport their luggage. Thanks to the conformation of the place, there are climbs and/or descents according to the chosen route, even with discreet slopes. In the case of guests with reduced mobility, it is advisable to contact us for further information and to make specific arrangements for the stay. For the conformation of the area and the location of amenities, such as supermarkets and wineries, we recommend driving to the property.
