Must Like Cats Living-room and beautiful kitchen and fantastic deck overlooking the kennebec river- all very comfortably shared and open to guest. Location quiet with beautiful views, yard and river. One mile walking distance to lovely downtown and all shops, museums and restaurants. Lovely woods and trails all around! Off st parking on a dead end street overlooking the Kennebec river! Bath Iron Works 1.5 miles. Maine Maritime Museum ~ 2mi. Brunswick 10 mi. Freeport 15-20 ~ Portland 40 min. Though space is shared you have full privacy in your Bedroom bathroom off kitchen. I travel & works lots, am rarely home, and when I am it is usually to just sleep. A lovely quiet beautiful yard ~ Gardens, Hammock, Paddle boards, Kayaks, Row boat etc ~ with fire pit by water. Ask about potential for pre-scheduled river tours. Dogs considered if they are well trained, clean and friendly with a Cat. Depending on your interest for interaction - love to share though respectful of privacy and quiet as needed. I work long hours in town so lots of privacy in home for guests as needed. Beautiful town of bath- and all of mid coast maine offerings. Great restaurants right on bath as well ten minutes south brunswick ... Freeport 20 min and Portland 35-40. Beaches within 20 minutes as well endless hiking trails. Dead End street surrounded by extremely quiet sweet neighbors and amazing scenic views. Best of have a car. Walking for pleasure into bath easy and beautiful. In town Trolley and Local bus avail. at top of street. Looking forward to meeting quiet clean respectful guest as your host offers the same.
