Self contained modern annexe

The annexe is located next to our home in the beautiful village of Snitterfield. It is situated on the site of Shakespeare's father's estate. The bedroom has a 4ft 6" double bed, mirror and wardrobe. The bathroom is modern with shower and there are complimentary toiletries for you along with towels. The living area has a breakfast bar, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment and a seating area with TV and Wifi. There will be milk, coffee, tea and sugar for you on arrival. The space Access is via steps to the side of the property. There is a separate garden area located at the bottom of the steps for you to enjoy and free parking is available on the drive. The annexe is suitable for people wishing to spend time exploring Stratford or the surrounding areas for sight seeing. There are many public footpaths for guests to explore within a couple of minutes walk of the property and a well stocked village shop. Guest access You will have access to the entire annexe during your stay. There is a lawned garden area with outside seating and car parking on the drive. Other things to note Please note that whilst the TV states there is Netflix/streaming availability the WIFI signal is not strong enough to stream programmes or films. We have listed the TV as “standard” due to this.
