Lorne House is a large Victorian home with 8 modern & stylish ensuite bedrooms, a large dining room, comfy sitting room, outdoor verandah and fully equipped kitchen. The space Few properties can offer 8 ensuite bedrooms which makes us the perfect option for large groups. Our bedroom layouts are flexible and can be set up according to guests' requirements. As Lorne House is a fully functioning B&B when not let in its entirety, the whole house is designed to provide maximum comfort. There are tvs, irons and hairdryers in all bedrooms. There is a large dining room and we also have a comfortable sitting room and large outdoor verandah for guests to use. The kitchen is fully equipped and we have lots of fridge and freezer space. We are happy to recommend local caterers if required and have extensive knowledge of the area and local sights and services to help you plan your stay. Books, DVDs, games and Sky TV are available for guests as well as information and guidebooks on local attractions and walks. In line with Airbnb policies, events are NOT permitted. Guests cannot use the outdoor verandah after 10pm and all windows and doors must be shut by 10pm. We are a semi detached property on a residential street so noise must be limited out of respect for our neighbours. Groups of under 25 year olds will be asked for a behaviour bond which is refunded on checkout. NB. We will ONLY accept respectful and well behaved stag and hen parties and do not permit in house partying beyond dinner parties and games, etc. Strictly no Butlers in the Buff, loud music, Silent Discos, etc. Guests who do not adhere to these conditions will be asked to leave. Guest access When renting the house in its entirety the house have access to the whole house bar the office and the housekeeping cupboards. Other things to note We have an electric car charging point which guests may use by prior request. We charge £25 per full/overnight charge.
