Large double bedroom in a Haras

Large double room located in the heart of Haras de Montmarcé, (breeding and training of horses) You will have at your disposal two bedrooms on the 1st floor and a private bathroom. Accommodating up to 6 people, ideally 4 adults and 2 children because the sofa bed is 120, so a little tight for 2 adults. Independent entrance, garden, nearby businesses (2 km) The property is 10 minutes from the Haras National du Pin, close to highway access to Le Mans, Caen and Paris. The space The accommodation includes 2 independent bedrooms located on the first floor of the house and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. (ideally 4 adults and 2 children). A large bedroom for 4 people equipped with a 140 bed, a 120 sofa bed, a 4-person table, a dresser and a water point. A second bedroom with a 140 bed can accommodate 2 additional guests. It is equipped with a kitchenette for light catering including the following: fridge, microwave, 2 hotplates, electric coffee maker, dishes and utensils, 2-person table. The private bathroom is shared by the 2 bedrooms and you have to go through it to reach the large bedroom. In the large bedroom, the skylights are not blackout (so daylight to wake up) If you wish, we can offer you a full breakfast in your room, on the terrace or in the living room (8 euro per person to be paid on site). Notify me the day before. Guest access You have free access to all the green areas of the stud farm. A garden table is available. Visiting the stables is possible upon request and according to my availability. During your stay I live there so I'm flexible. Keep me informed of your approximate arrival times. Late check-in is possible. Other things to note Outdoor spaces include a pond and due to the presence of horses, it is important to keep an eye on young children. The house rules generally prohibit the presence of a dog in the room. Contact me beforehand for the possible hosting of a perfectly clean, educated and socialized animal.
