The apartment is on the second floor of a very quiet 10-family house. It was renovated at the end of 2019, is very modern, and has all the amenities you need. From the living room and the kitchen, you have a wonderful view of the mountains, perfect to relax! The apartment 'Katya' offers enough space for up to 5 people, either a family with children or for 5 adults. The kitchen and living room are in one large room with a view of the hills. The size of this room offers enough space for your children to play or for two couples to have enough space for everyone. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, such as a stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle, egg boiler, and raclette/gourmet. The large dining table is suitable for a nice and relaxing dinner after a day of hiking or skiing. You can enjoy the beautiful view from the comfortable sofa while you have a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening or simply watch TV (SmartTV) with the whole family. The apartment has two cozy bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The sofa is a comfortable sofa bed. A cot and high chair for a small guest can be provided free of charge. Bathroom with washing machine and bathtub, ideal to take a hot and relaxing bath after a day or to bathe your children. There is a free parking space in front of the house for your car. The bakery is only 500 meters away and the new AdventureGolf can be reached in 5 minutes. You can reach us by phone during your stay. Endless beautiful opportunities for hiking and mountain biking on your doorstep. Please note: - The final cleaning is not included in the price and has to be paid separately in cash on arrival.
