The space This gorgeous designated historic home, built in the 1870s, is a slice of Asheville's history. Full of special touches you won't find anywhere else, it features 13ft. ceilings, arched double doors, and beautiful crown molding. The Bennett Suite has two bedrooms with full beds, a kitchen with a table, a hallway bathroom with tub/shower, a sitting room, and a breakfast room you can play a game in. The rooms are spacious with windows just as grand as the space itself. Enjoy the mountain view from the large back porch with your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The shared front porch has four rocking chairs. The home is fully stocked for your vacation needs with complimentary tea and coffee, chocolate, granola bars, wine, local beer, and a kitchen ready for you to use. Mosaic hex tile lines the washrooms and we offer complimentary Aveda bath products. You'll be within a short drive to Downtown Asheville and a short walk to the River Arts District and hip West Asheville. This is the perfect location to take advantage of the current take-out services offered by some of the top local restaurants. Easy access to interstate and local attractions. Each suite has its own entrance and keys, completely independent spaces - Kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, bath, and living space. 4. The front porch is shared, along with the yard and fire pit. 5. The small deck off the back is for the use of the Bennett guests. 6. Downtown Asheville is only two miles. 7. There are no TVs at Westwood. We want you to relax and enjoy your trip. 8. Parking for two cars per suite. There is parking along the road too. 9. Please note there are no laundry facilities on the property. Dutch Girl Coin is 1.5 miles away on Haywood road. 10. Please note there are guests next door and sound carries, so keep voices at a normal level. 11. Biltmore Estate and downtown Asheville are only about 4-5 miles away. Guest access The home is setup as two individual suites. You will have access to your suite and all amenities. There is a shared front porch, back deck and off-street parking.
