Cabin in Claydon

This rustic self contained apartment situated above a Cart Lodge. Accessed by steps (they are quite steep so probably not suitable for someone infirm), it is one large room with a king size bed, a lovely wood burning stove (wood provided), a well equipped kitchen area with dining table and chairs, a sofa and large TV/dvd/radio/cd. There is a small shower room at the end. There are a selection of DVDs and magazines for your use. There is no WiFi. The space It’s very quiet as half a mile from the A14 but with very good access this apartment is ideal for a weekend stop over or would make a good base to explore the area. There is a lovely wood burner (wood provided), large 37" TV, DVD player with some dvd's and a radio/cd player and a selection of cd's for your use. In the kitchen, basics of tea, coffee, sugar, and condiments are provided, there is an oven, fridge, microwave, Ninja air fryer, cooking utensils and full crockery/cutlery sets for two guests. Basic breakfast is provided for the first morning of your stay, which includes free range eggs, muffins/bread and milk. For the sporty there is a hard tennis court available, but if you would like to use this please make sure you have tennis shoes that do not mark the court. One/two well behaved dogs welcome but please do not let on the bed/sofa, and your dog must not be left unattended, please note there is a £20 charge for bringing your dog/s. No cats. There is a small private wood that is also accessible for you to enjoy :) Sorry generally no children, but exceptions can be made under certain circumstances. Guest access Only 2 minutes off the A14, we are situated at the end of a private drive, please park beside the Cart Lodge, next to the steps. You may be greeted by Milly our friendly Collie :-) Other things to note When you are out please turn the wall heaters off as they are expensive to run, thank you. There is extra wood and kindling for the wood burner available behind the cart lodge.
