The Villa is located in Laudun (Gard) between vineyards and garrigues at the foot of Caesar's camp, known for its Gallo-Roman ruins. A 170 m2 villa, recent and air-conditioned with garden, terrace and in-ground pool. The space Minimum 14-day stay in high season in the summer (the stay can be 7 days but you have to request a quote). The price may be lower depending on the length of stay (request a quote). Weekend rental possible throughout the year: checkout time pushed back to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday (instead of 11:30 a.m. in summer). Linens and towels are not provided unless specifically requested for rent for a fee of €50 for the stay. Fixed cleaning fee of €50 per stay. The villa is located on the edge of the village of Laudun (Gard) between vines and scrubland at the foot of Caesar's camp, famous for its Gallo-Roman ruins. A recent villa of 170m2 with garden and a large terrace, welcomes you in the best conditions of comfort and calm. Guests can enjoy an outdoor area with a 5.90 m x 4.20 m Blooma Moero pool, trampoline, barbecue and sun loungers. The villa, air-conditioned by a heat pump, can accommodate a large family with its four bedrooms. The village of Laudun located in Languedoc-Roussillon, 10 km south of Bagnols/Cèze, 25 km from Uzès, Avignon, the Cèze Valley and the vineyards of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, finally 30 km from Orange and its Roman theater or the Ardèche gorges. House 'details: This house has 4 bedrooms including an attic master suite upstairs with its bathroom. The large living-dining room-kitchen has a 3 seater sofa, TV - video - Wii game console, a wood burning stove and an 8 seater table. The kitchen is equipped with a central island with 4 seats, a microwave, oven, microwave oven, American fridge, Thermomix, and full equipment for cooking for the family. On the r-d-c, a large bedroom with a double bed (dressing room + TV). A children's room with double bed (Desk) . Another children's room with double bed/desk + a 2 seater sofa bed. Also on the ground floor, you will find a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, plenty of storage and a treadmill. One bathroom with shower tray, bathtub, sink and towel dryer. A restroom with a handwasher. A garage not accessible for cars. The decor and furnishings are stylish and comfortable. The living room windows overlook a large terrace (part of which is shaded thanks to a pergola), equipped with a plancha barbecue and four sun loungers. The terrace overlooks a pleasant garden composed of a ground pool and a trampoline. Our villa is fully air-conditioned by a heat pump, the master bedroom upstairs as well. The entrance to the house does not yet have a gate or fence but allows you to park several cars on the north side of the house, thanks to its long driveway. Miscellaneous: SECURITY DEPOSIT: Check for €1000 not cashed. Check returned by post within 15 days after departure. Respect for the neighborhood, children welcome, pets allowed but with special attention to cleanliness and especially hair (unfenced land), no disabled access. A professional will clean at the end of the stay but the house must be returned in an acceptable condition (Any additional cleaning hours will be withheld from the security deposit). The plancha barbecue and fridge must be returned clean and the garbage cans emptied on the day of departure. Laudun is a village of 6000 inhabitants, which has all amenities and shops (supermarket, pharmacy, dentist, restaurants, cooperative cellar...). It's a good village to live in. You can enjoy the Sunday market or visit the Gallo-Roman ruins at the top of the Caesar camp, which will also allow you to have a superb view of the entire Rhone Valley to the Alps (Mont-Ventoux, Montmirail lace, etc...).
