VT/1618 The space At the access to the property we find a large parking area with capacity for more than 10 cars and next to it a small football field with natural grass surrounded by holm oaks. Behind the trees is the stone house with green shutters and surrounded by lush vegetation reminiscent of the Serra de Tramuntana. You enter the house through the main entrance and find the entrance hall furnished with classic Majorcan furniture. To the left, there is the old kitchen (now in disuse) decorated with furniture and objects more than 100 years old. Next to the old kitchen is a bedroom with double bed. Crossing the hallway you come into a spacious living room with a wrought iron fireplace and leather sofas in front of the television, from there a beautiful marble and wooden staircase leads to the first floor. To the right of the living room is a hallway leading to a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor is a double bedroom with king size bed and terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a twin bedroom with king size bed, en suite bathroom with shower and terrace. From the living room there is access to the other wing of the house, with a spacious dining room with a table and a large fireplace, a guest toilet and the fully equipped kitchen which is separated from the dining room by a breakfast bar on one side. From the dining room, a staircase leads to a suite with a large double bed and a bathroom with shower. From the dining room there is also access to the covered terrace at the back of the house with a large table for 12 people and a barbecue. In front of the terrace is the beautiful swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and thatched umbrellas. Next to the pool, as well as a covered area with a ping-pong table, there are large gardens with different areas, ideal for strolling or reading a book in the shade of an oak tree.
