This quaint Sea Front, two bedroom, fully equipped luxury apartment is situated in the centre of the popular seaside resort of Cleethorpes. Located right on the sea front with sea and beach views, its just a short walk from the train station with all the local amenities a stones throw from your front door. Included during your stay are bed linen, towels, complementary tea, coffee, toiletries & fast Wi-Fi. This is truly a home from home experience ideal for short breaks and long term stays. The space The apartment can sleep up to 6 guests and consists of 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite facilities. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen including dining area, washer/dryer, fridge with ice box, microwave, toaster, hob, oven, kettle, cups, glasses, pots, pans, utensils and cutlery. The lounge has a large flat screen TV and two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed and dimable mood lighting. The family bathroom has a large corner bath with overhead shower, toilet and basin. This is an all electric apartment heated by night storage heaters. LED lighting is used throughout and both bedrooms and kitchen have in-built USB charging points installed for your tech. Within easy walking distance, you will find the leisure centre, retail and gift shops, a wide range of traditional and multi-cultural restaurants not forgetting our world famous fish and chip restaurants, vibrant bars, night clubs, cinema, bowling ally, arcades and many other entertainments that Cleethorpes has to offer. Guest access Access from the front enterance and there is also a private entrance to the rear of the apartment which is accessible from the side street. Other things to note This apartment is situated on the ground floor and uses a communal entrance which is also used by residents on the upper two floors which are private.
