Idyllic on the edge of the forest, small house + garden, close to the city

Welcome to perhaps the most beautiful corner of Kiel! We rent our small house in beautiful nature reserve within walking distance to the Eider (very suitable for paddling/SUPs - a canoe belongs to the house inventory - or cycling/walking on the Eider hiking trail to the North Sea coast). The 80sqm house is located directly on the edge of the forest, has a romantic garden with pond and fountain on two levels where you can watch the birds and squirrels. Nevertheless, you can reach the MAIN STATION in 15 minutes by bus. The space The house is cozy and child-friendly. SLEEPING: There are two bedrooms - one on the upper floor with double bed, one on the ground floor as a children's room, it has a 140 x 200 cm bunk bed. Here, in addition, a folding mattress can accommodate another child if necessary. In addition, the sofa in the living room is extendable to a very comfortable sofa bed. BATHROOM: One on the first floor with toilet+bath, one on the ground floor with toilet+shower. Towels, hair dryer, shower gel and shampoo are provided. FOOD: The kitchen is a spacious kitchen-living room with dining table, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle and well-stocked spice rack;-) LIVING: The living room is set in a spacious annex. The sofa invites you to relax and look out into the garden. There is an oven, a small desk, an aquarium and a TV. GARDEN: It is just cozy - in case of nice weather you can end the days wonderfully with a glass of wine and only have to decide whether you prefer to lounge at the top of the pond under trees or down by the fountain under the lively tree. A sauna makes it cozy on cooler days. In addition, there is a covered gazebo where you can sit in the rain. PLAY: Since we have an 8-year-old son, both indoor and outdoor, there are all kinds of toys available. In the garden there is a playhouse with and sandbox with sand toys and the like.
