Extremely commutable with easy access to major thoroughfares if you're driving. Parking available on-site. Also very easy travel via Metro: there are multiple bus routes within walking distance which will land you at either Silver Spring or Takoma stations (red line). They're even walkable if you have time to spare. The UMD Shuttle also has a bus route within walking distance. At this location you have direct access to a long biking/walking/running trail along Sligo Creek. Its great for morning runs or evening strolls during all seasons but especially summer. That very trail also gives you bikeable access to College Park/UMD within 10mi.
