Comfortable Single Room

An ideal single room for someone wanting somewhere quiet in a lovely home. The bathroom is close to the bedroom. It is a 10-minute drive to the City center. There is a lovely park a few minutes away and the bus stop is less than a 5-minute walk. The house is non-smoking and clean and tidy. The space The room overlooks the back garden. The bed includes a memory foam mattress. Guest access Guest are welcome to help themselves to tea/coffee, use of microwave and use of the breakfast bar for their meals During your stay You are welcome to have your meals in the kitchen/dining area. You are also welcome to sit in the garden - weather permitting! Other things to note Following the recent Covid-19 pandemic, we will be implementing measures to try to avoid the risk of infection for guests who wish to stay with us. In addition to complying with the newly updated host guidelines laid out by Airbnb, we will also be thoroughly cleaning/disinfecting, and sanitizing the room between every guest. Our new measures include: - Changing the mattress protector, duvet, and pillow between guests - Providing a bottle of disinfectant for personal use, for bedroom and bathroom - Providing personal hand towels and toilet rolls to each guest We hope our measures reassure you that we are doing everything we can do make our home a safe and comfortable environment so that you can enjoy your stay :) If you have any queries or questions, please do not hesitate to contact.
