The 135 m2 furnished apartment consists of the ground floor: - living/dining room - kitchen with dining area (dishwasher) - laundry (washing machine and dryer) - bathroom with sink - bathroom with walk-in shower -bedroom with 160 cm bedding - children's relaxation area under the stairs Upstairs: - landing - master bedroom with sink and shower -bedroom with 4 beds 90x190cm For the rental of 4 people, it is possible to choose the master bedroom with bathroom or the dormitory bedroom, to be specified by email after booking. For rentals of 5 people, the dormitory room will be automatically set with the bedroom on the ground floor or the bedroom on the floor to be specified also by email. 1 Free crib available to you. The heat pump heating is shared with our house. Possibility to make the 3rd bedroom available on request, always for a capacity of 5 people in total, with an extra charge of €25 per day. Please note that beds are made in relation to the number of people counted in your reservation.
