Room 12: Beautiful single room in the seminar house

The room is part of the seminar center ''Punkt XII e.V.''. The seminar house has several separate apartments, each with different characters and qualities. You can book individual rooms or entire apartments, depending on your wishes and needs. Room 12 listed here belongs to apartment 1, in which there are 2 more rooms (1 3-bed room, 1 2-bed room) as well as a bathroom, another toilet. For longer stays, there is a usage fee for the kitchen. The space The room is stocked with a bed, dresser and two chairs. The color scheme is bright and friendly, the wooden furniture. In the hallway there is the bathroom with toilet, shower and a separate additional toilet. The bathrooms are shared with the other guests in apartment 1, depending on occupancy. The kitchen in the apartment is also available to all guests of the apartment. The room rate is without breakfast, but can be booked on site on request. Guest access Access to the apartment is in the side entrance of house number 23. Right next to the parking spaces, you can reach the entrance door via a paved and partially covered courtyard (see photos). Enter "Freiwillige Feuerwehr Oberrimbach" in the navigation system and you will be directed directly to the in-house parking lot, which you can use. The key safe is located directly to the right of the front door (see photo). The front door key is in the safe, the room key is inside the room door. The current code is available on request. The staircase leads to a hallway on the second floor with a large sideboard with brochures and information about the region. At the end of this corridor, a door opens to the left and right. Take the left door with the sign "Wohnung 1". You enter the apartment hallway from which the three rooms, the two bathrooms and the kitchen branch off as well as the door to the seminar room. Room 12 is on the left opposite the apartment door, the bathrooms on the right of the apartment door. Other things to note The seminar house is located in the charming quiet village of Oberrimbach, surrounded by a hilly forest and meadow landscape. Via the nearby A3 you can easily reach the nearest major cities of Würzburg, Nuremberg and Bamberg in less than an hour. Within walking distance of the house, the Steigerwald begins, which invites you to hike, cycle and ride with its numerous paths. There is a stable with four horses on the premises.
