Our space offers two spacious bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, 3/4 bathroom with washer/dryer, private courtyard & entry. Relax in the private apartment, or soak up the afternoon sun in your private courtyard. Walk the quiet neighborhood and enjoy the Narrows Bridge, Puget Sound & Olympic Mountain Views! A few minutes to the bridge walking path to enjoy the AMAZING views. Living Room features 42" smart TV with streaming service, FAST WiFi, & desk space. Minutes to Metropolitan Market, Proctor shopping, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's. The apartment is in a daylight basement of our home. Both bedrooms, kitchen, bath, and living room are separate. There is a private entry and courtyard for guest use only. My Wife Sarah and I live upstairs in the main home. We will be available to assist during your stay, but give you your space. We can offer any local food, brewery or hiking recommendations upon request! HOLD HARMLESS It is Tenant's responsibility to immediately notify Owners of the Mid-Mod Apartment of any issues that they incur during their stay so that they may be promptly addressed. Owners of the Mid-Mod Apartment shall not be held liable, or otherwise take any responsibility, for any injuries that may occur to Tenant, and/or Tenant's invitee, that is caused or permitted to be caused by the intentional, unintentional, negligent, or careless acts of said Tenants, and/or invitees to the Mid-Mod Apartment, the property and/or the possessions on the property including all structures and equipment. By the written or electronic endorsement of this Agreement, Tenant agrees to forever hold harmless and indemnify Owners of the Mid-Mod Apartment from any liability and/or responsibility arising therefrom. No pets or smoking in the Mid-Mod Apartment. Vehicles can be parked on the street. Tacoma Narrows is a very private, upscale neighborhood. Perfect for walking & enjoying water, bridge & mountain views. The sunsets are a MUST SEE! Point Defiance Park Zoo & Aquarium is a 10 minute drive. Optimist & Titlow park are minutes away. Point Ruston waterfront community, shopping, eateries & movie theater are a 10 minute drive. 6th Avenue restaurants & bars are about a 10 minute drive. Downtown Tacoma & UW Campus is about 15 minutes. 1 minute drive to Hwy 16. Plenty of street parking is available. Please do not park in driveway. UBER/Lift are always in the area. Bicyclists can enjoy the dedicated bike lanes on the local roads, and also ride across the Narrows Bridge bike lane for amazing views!
