Large kitchen with antique dining table, small bathroom with shower. Separate conservatory with sliding doors. Wi-Fi. Shared washer and dryer in the basement. Quiet, relaxed living. In 10 minutes by bike, you can be at Domplatz or at the university. If you'd like to barbecue in the garden, there is a large charcoal grill in the garden. There are shopping opportunities in the surrounding area. Parking in the driveway is free. E-bikes are available for use during the rental period. Guest access The apartment is for you & only for you - there is a separate access to the apartment. Other things to note In the apartment, there is a new Philipps 77-inch Ambilight OLED TV. If you like to ride a bike, I will provide a high-quality men's e-bike for the duration of the rental period. Shopping and 2 good pizzerias & bar in the immediate vicinity. Bus stop just 4 minutes' walk.
