Casa Vista “Summer” is part of Casa Vista Suites & Apartments. It is an apartment with the Summer breeze, in a building which is just renovated (June 2020). If you choose to stay here, you will feel both spending your vacation in a relaxing place with and being at a place like home… The space Casa Vista “Summer” is a fully equipped apartment, situated very close to the city center of Karpathos Town / Pigadia (0,5 km), but with the privilege of a great view of Pigadia gulf. It is part of a bulding of 3 apartments, specifically in the 2nd floor. It has a space used for living room, dining room and kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed with a comfortable mattress and a bathroom. It also has a nice spacious balcony to spend outside with a nice view your spare time. Guest access Guests can use the whole apartment (around 40 sq.m) and its balconies. Other things to note - Download the FREE digital guide of the island on your smartphone, called “Karpathos Guide Applicaton”, where you can find everything about the island! - Please, read everything carefully. Read about what is offered, what is included in the apartment and take care of it, like we took care to make it beautiful for you… -There is free coffee/tea for the guests. -Extra cleaning of the apartment is not included, but can be arranged with an extra cost if you ask for it. -Smoking is allowed only in the balconies. -The toilet paper must be thrown in the toilet binand not in the toilet – this is the system it works properly in Greece. -Inviting other people or friends in the area is not the best idea, both for safety reasons and for keeping everything more clean and tidy. -Our beautiful ladies, are pleased to remove makeup before sleeping or using pillows.
