Cozy and clean room, in a townhouse from 1777.

Large, cozy room on the 1st floor in a townhouse from 1777, in a quiet residential area. Private entrance, as well as private toilet / shared bathroom on the 1st floor. Good double bed and guest bed/sofa in the room. Possibility, by prior arrangement, to use the garden. Walking distance to the city center (1 km to HC. Andersen's house) and many beautiful, green areas nearby. Good bus/light rail connections within 5 minutes' walking distance. The space You will have the entire 2 floor to yourself, your own wc - I will only use the shower, mostly in the evenings. There is a large garden, in the back of the house, that you can be able to use - but talk to me about it first( i case I have something planned). Open for a long time rent, as well - write to me, and we will figure something out. - If you are looking for a nice place to stay, just write to me :) Guest access If you would like to cook larger dinner, you could have access to my kitchen, just talk to me about it :) During your stay I would love to help you out, if you have any questions or just want to ask for direktions. I am usually at work, during the daytime, but awailable in the evenings. Other things to note There is a “mini” kichen in the room, with a refrigerator, a stove/oven, and you can make some coffee or tea. So you can make yourselv a little meal, if you want to. If you need to wash your clothes, we can also figure that out :) There is a possibility to use my washing mashine for a small fee, just ask -If you want to bring your pet, just know, that a dog will have a hard time, walking up the stairs.. But animals are welcome
