Beautiful architectural details make this a memorable place to stay. Perfect for couples. The space This is my first home and I hope you make happy memories here like I have. I am an artist and my paintings and photography are displayed here. I have a local guide I wrote available at the rental as well as coupons and local magazines. St Augustine is so wonderful I have a lot of information to share about the great restaurants and attractions here! This is a garage apartment so there are stairs to the second story. Feel free to reach out with any questions about my home or the Airbnb process. I take hosting seriously and I’m happy to welcome newcomers to the Airbnb community. No Pets (service animals included). I have allergies and cannot handle cleaning up after animals, pet dander will sadly make me sick. This is Florida and there are bugs. I grow host plants for butterflies so I am careful when treating the bad bugs. I maintain best practices for their control but at certain times of year mosquitos and palmetto bugs are active. Wearing repellant should keep you safe throughout the historic district. Feel free to pick the flowers. The garden is beautiful and ecologically diverse but sometimes it can go from Tame to Jungle like in under a span of three days. I am usually happy to try and make a cutting for you so you can take a piece home and try to have it live in your garden. The other parking spot is exactly a mile South and close to the Shrine which is 27 Ocean Avenue 32084. The city parking garage costs $15 a day so this is money you can save by parking in my spot. The concrete sidewalk is in perfect condition and leads to the covered downstairs patio, laundry room and outdoor shower. A note of caution if you chose to walk through the garden be aware of where you are stepping, the pavers are not perfectly level. Nearly all of the garden is visible from the concrete patio. So it’s not necessary to go exploring but if you wish to please mind your step. I look forward to hosting you and feel confident you will like the city of St Augustine it is a charming historic place. Guest access The entire space is yours excluding the garage space. There is tons of parking so this should not be an issue in any way. Please park in the driveway it’s over a 100 feet long, you are even welcome to park in the yard but please don’t park in the street. It’s not polite to the neighbors especially since 8 vehicles can easily be parked at my place.
