B&B on the Kromme Rijn in the "outside of Utrecht".

The deck is a newly built, detached and sustainable accommodation on the Kromme Rijn in Cothen, located in the province of Utrecht, in June 2017. The accommodation is located along the Kromme Rijn hiking trail and is a stay for up to 4 guests and has two separate bedrooms 1 and 2, with private bathroom with toilet. It has a common breakfast/kitchen area where you can spend time. Outside you can relax in the lounge set on the deck on the Kromme Rijn. The space The space is available to rent in its entirety or per room. The accommodation is located in our backyard with its own entrance and terrace and is an ideal place to stay with two couples. The common breakfast room has a fully equipped kitchen, which you can use during your stay. The deck is on the ground floor. The garden entrance has a step. From the terrace to the deck on the water is a small staircase with 4 steps. In the bedrooms, there are identical double beds 1.60 m wide with 2 single mattresses with bedding. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with toilet. Of course, with the use of towels. The accommodation is sustainably built, which means that energy is generated through solar panels, solar water heater and geothermal energy. As a result, the accommodation is also cool in temperature on warm days. Has underfloor heating/cooling. Guest access The accommodation is located in our backyard with its own entrance and terrace. Has a common kitchen with breakfast room, where you can spend time. Outside, as described earlier, there is a communal deck on the Kromme Rijn with a lounge set and a terrace with a seating area. Fishing and swimming are done in the Kromme Rijn, but it has a strong current. Swimming is at your own risk. Other things to note The price of the entire accommodation is €160 per night for up to 4 people. Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. Check out no later than 10:00 a.m. Since January 2025, we no longer provide breakfast.
