The space Located in the charming neighborhood of Cosme Velho, Rio Boutique Suites offers exclusive suites in the heart of the South Zone of the wonderful city. With only three suites, one per floor, ensuring an intimate atmosphere and plenty of privacy. The modernist mansion built in the 1960s has been modernized, preserving the original style, a true journey back to the Bossa Nova era. Finely decorated suites with antique furniture from the German owner's collection overlooking the lush green valley, create a unique atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. Cosme Velho is an old neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro with many historic houses and mansions. Surrounded by the Tijuca Forest, the Cosme Velho valley is also called Rio's Hollywood, since it is home to distinguished residents of Brazilian cinema. The most visited attraction in the country is just three blocks from Rio Boutique Suites, the Corcovado Train that takes tourists to the world-famous statue of Christ the Redeemer. The neighborhood also offers a wide variety of gastronomy and other attractions such as Roberto Marinho's house and Largo do Boticário. LEASE AGREEMENT / TEMPORARY USE PERMIT FIRST: The LESSOR assigns a temporary lease and the PRODUCER accepts the property located at Rua Senador Pedro Velho 248, Cosme Velho. The purpose of the lease is to use it for filming or photo productions. SECOND: The LESSOR will allow the PRODUCER to use the property on the date selected on Airbnb. The LESSOR authorizes the entry of the technical team and artists, in the aforementioned place, for the purpose of filming for 15 hours. THREE: In case of force majeure, the PRODUCER may inform the change of date 7 days in advance. FOURTH: The LESSOR declares that he has full right and faculties to commit to the signing of this agreement and that the lease of goods under this agreement. FIVE: The LESSOR assigns to the PRODUCER the right to use the image, photographic reproduction and exhibition by any means and in perpetuity, of the leased property. SIXTH: The PRODUCER undertakes to return the leased property in the same state of conservation in which it was found, being responsible for any damages that may be caused to the property, as well as those that may occur in relation to the personnel used and with respect to third parties. In this regard, a security deposit of R$1000.00 (one thousand reais) will be charged. Once the PRODUCER leaves the property, the LESSOR will have a period of 24 hours to make any claims it deems necessary.
